ALSO REGULARLY IN FAIRBOURNE

end of the row of shops in Fairbourne, in Station Road.
This also raises money for the Bowls Club.
FRIDAY WALKERS
We see lovely views when walking these hills,
Inspired and refreshed we need no pills.
Ruinous wrecks reclaimed by proud owners
Become pretty homesteads with vistas a bonus.
Right in the open by an outcrop of rocks
Seems a perfect place for our coffee stop.
Upon one rock, screwed firmly in
A notice to commemorate a happening
By someone with a wicked sense of humour
To remember a far off, long ago rumour?
The plaque on the wall has said it all
In 1832 nothing happened here at all!.
